Cherwell has always strived to supply quality products backed up by a high quality, caring service. These principles remain at the core of our business, a fact that is confirmed in our Company Mission statement. A key component in offering excellent customer service is communication and we are committed to keeping our customers fully informed.

Of equal importance has been investment in new equipment and the Company now boasts increased capacity as well as larger batch manufacturing capabilities and improved quality. The ability to supply smaller batches for specialist, low volume users has been retained to offer true flexibility to the customer. We will look at developments in product packaging, to meet the needs of our customers whilst retaining our ability to offer bespoke packaging solutions. This flexibility and striving for excellence in customer service remain core principles within the Company.

The Redipor manufacturing facility has been registered to ISO9001 for 10 years. Under our quality management system our QA team have continually developed and enhanced our processes. In that time we have also welcomed many audit teams to view our facilities.

Our Engineering facilities not only provide full support to our manufacturing facility but also to the growing number of users of our environmental monitoring equipment. This support for customers includes a calibration laboratory and the ability to manufacture our own equipment. The company’s ability to engineer its own solutions has resulted in the development of the Multi-SAS system, a fixed, facility based microbial air monitoring solution.

Our environmental monitoring products continue to see developments with International pbi continuing to be at the forefront of microbial air sampling. The extensive SAS model range includes the fastest hand held unit, a specialist product for compressed air sampling and a new system for specialist biohazard monitoring. Cherwell's own bespoke Multi-SAS system continues to be improved and developed for the pharmaceutical market, including new solutions to aid installation.
