Honeywell Asensa personal care products increase permanency, provide emolliency, moisture retention, water resistance and thermal stability. They act as film formers, rheology modifiers, oil or fragrance encapsulants and non-irritating abrasives.

Profile

Honeywell offers an extensive array of Asensa exfoliating beads, available in a large variety of sizes, hardnesses and shapes that provide consistent quality and reliability for your formulations.  These polymers are inherently stable and inert, meaning they won’t dissolve into your formulation or contribute to microbial growth due. 

Our new biopolymer, Asensa NFF 11, is derived from corn starch and offers many of the features of synthetic polymers.  It has been salon tested in hair-styling gel formulations to show hold and curl-resistance control even in very humid conditions.

Asensa RC 880, provides stability to emulsions that have high electrolyte levels (up to 5% sodium chloride) or to formulations with low pH.  RC 880 also provides cushiony sensory aesthetics to lotions and creams

The Asensa DS line of products help remove unwanted odors or provide a pleasant warming or cooling sensation during use.  These innovative materials can be used in a variety of personal care products.
