Tristel has two operating divisions: Tristel Solutions Limited and Tristel Technologies Limited. Tristel Solutions focuses on infection control products for public and private sector hospitals. Tristel Technologies (T•Tec) is a specialist in water treatment, providing products for legionella control in water systems and contamination control for food growing and processing.

Tristel chlorine dioxide chemistry is unique. We use the same basic chemical reaction (the acidification of sodium chlorite) as others, but our activation process is different, and patented. A synergistic blend of three organic acids combine to generate chlorine dioxide at close to neutral pH. No hydrochloric acid, no chloride ion, no aggressive pH.
