New salesman for Leuze Electronic

Andy Fereday has joined Leuze Electronic in St Neot’s, Cambridgeshire, UK as regional account manager for the Midlands.
Fereday has 20 years’ industrial experience and has spent the last seven years at Phoenix Contact selling automation and connectivity systems with which Leuze electronic’s sensors for detection and identification can integrate.

The company says the Midland region is an important market for its machine safety products, such as light-guards, light-curtains, safety laser scanners, machine interlocks and safety inspections.
‘The search to find a salesman with good local and strong industry knowledge took a long time,’ said Mark Weymouth, md of Leuze Electronic. ‘I’m very happy to have Andy joining the team, especially as he worked for me before.’
