HMK Automation & Drives acquires Specific Environments
SEL has three main operational functions: civils, structures and finishing; HVAC, building management and fire protection; and electrical installation and maintenance.
According to Carl Krajewski, managing director of Specific Environments, significant funding has been put in place to allow the business to realise its full potential. Sales director Peter Saunders and technical director Paul Brown are well respected in the industry and will remain at the forefront of the operation.
HMK, based in Congleton, Cheshire, plans to use its skills in drives and controls to strengthen the HVAC and BMS offering from Specific. The company says it will also bolster the operation of the business with the addition of a service and maintenance team.
