The mobile cleanrooms provide for dust-free assembly, testing and research
New mobile environmental enclosures have been introduced by US company Kinetic Systems. These mobile cleanrooms provide for dust-free assembly, testing and research. Approximately 8 feet high, units are equipped with cleanroom curtains on all four sides and feature multispeed blowers on the roof to maintain positive, downward, pressurised airflow, cleaned using HEPA filters.
The enclosures are currently available in three different footprints: 3ft x 6ft, 4ft x 8ft, and 8ft x 8ft. The inside can be configured for a workstation or optical table with electrical outlets, lighting, and computer network connections. Sides are gusseted for added strength, and floor-levelling pads are provided.
