We are always improving and adding value to our products and our home spill kit for handling cytotoxic spills away from hospital environments has now been upgraded. The Omega Protect nitrile gloves currently supplied in the home spill kit will be replaced with the new Bioclean Synergy gloves which have the added benefit of having excellent breakthrough data for a range of cytotoxics and offer in excess of 480 minutes for most commonly used cytotoxic preparations. Bioclean Synergy nitrile gloves are latex free and have a beaded cuff for added strength and easier donning. They comply with European PPE category 3 complex design personal protective equipment.
